I would be really grateful for some advice. My Vokera works (hot water and heating ok) but my neighbour alerted me to a leaking overfill (probably about a cup per 30seconds) which has been going on for hours. I have turned the boiler off at the mains and initially tightened an inlet valve but it kept going, so i loosened the valve again (the temperature seemed to rise from 20deg cent. to 40 deg. cent when I did this). I am at a total loss and can't sleep as i don't know if it's serious. I have tried to switch off the water supply but the tap i thought was the stop cock doesn't seem to work (although i don't know how long it should take for the system to empty). I'm totally stuck and out of my comfort zone on this one and would very much welcome advice. I feel useless and hopeless when it comes to these things but do console myself with the fact that I make very good cakes! Thanks so much for reading. Niki
