Hi, I recently had a water feature built in my garden with a patio built in the middle of it. Therefore the water feature surrounds the patio like a small moat. Built using concrete base and double engineering bricks around the edges.
The depth of water is approx 8inches and 12inches wide.
I need to install a water pump to keep the water flowing and avoid stagnant water. The problem is the depth is not deep enough to put a suitable pump in it.
My idea was to have an external water reservoir on the other side of the bricks deep enough for the pump to go in to. I therefore need to have acces through the bricks but not sure how I can do this??
Would this be the best and cheapest idea?
Any help would be great. I have photos I can show of the patio and water feature.
