@SFK @datarebal That's a different Quality 1st. The company we used were a local family of roofers from Ringwood which dissolved in 2016. The guy who ran Quality 1st is called Matthew Kay who now trades as MK Roofing Group. Phoned him - he confirmed the slates were supplied by SIG and to take up the issue with them directly. I am visiting the depot this week to try and sort it out with them.
