help uninsulated loft conversion

Hi,
Dont know if anyone can help. Bought house last year it already had loft conversion with bathroom done. We have now discovered it is not insulated. Last winter was freezing. All the companies I try say the walls have to come down to insulate. Any ideas?

A) Buy a puffa jacket.
or B) Take the walls down.

I suppose you could take the roof off instead.
