Seriously though, look up a local carpenter who'll arrange the whole thing and get matching posts machined up for you.

Are you talking about the spindle, handrail or baseplate?

If it's just the spindle, you could always cut it out and take it with you to a timber supplier, but it'll probably be difficult to get an exact match off the shelf.

Yeah just the spindles and rail although a few bricks need replacing too

Take a photo & some measurements and visit your local wood merchants.
