Help with banging pipes

I live in a semi detached house and when next door (a detached house) turn on their cold tap or use their washing machine, our pipes vibrate and bang loudly, can anyone help me cure this?

All answers gratefully received it's driving me mad.

if the pipes are loose secure them with clips
