Help with Indesit wil143s

hi guys hope u can help me
my indesit WIL143s washing machine when i plug it in it powers up and all lights flash after a few seconds lights go off and red door lock light flashes. I start a wash as normal red light goes off door locks and single green light next to 4h comes on but washer does nothing. I'm stumped.
