Hello this is my first post so be gentle.. I have red quarry tiles about 50yrs old down in my hall and kitchen they all look great but the grout that's more like cement is missing in places and crumbling in others.Firstly is it cement of grout? secondly what should I use to get it out? and thirdly what do I need to buy to make it look like it did before I started ie black cement?
Thankyou for your time
