help with response alarm

hi there
i have a response alarm PA8 with a remote keypad,
we went to france on thursday leaving no 1 son to mind the house, on friday there was a storm which shut the power off, the alarm was activated and the son turns the alarm off by the main control panel,

on returning home on sunday around 4pm discover that the remote keypad no longer works, numbers are illuminated but no red led light on key pad,do not seem to be able to reset from the main control panel.
your advice would be greatly appreciated

Don't know anything about those alarms but sounds like a fuse to me.

The PA8 is just a rebranded ADE Optima , try removing the mains and the back-up battery , then fire it up mains first, enter user code to silence (if it doesnt work try 0123), reconnect battery , close panel and RESET .
