Hitt Oak (Acton): Any recommendations/warnings?

Good morning everybody,

After 2yrs of delays we are finally ready to get new floors layed - engineered oak on top of our old pine sub-floor.

We have looked at many suppliers and fitters and usually find a wealth of advice/recommendations/warnings on the web, but we can't find any comments on Hitt Oak (A406 at Acton).

Has anybody used this supplier? Any comments?
