Hive Hot Water 3 port valve clicking

Had a hive fitted and Heating works but when it switches to hot water the Honeywell 3 port valve clicks. its constant. it never did it before
any ideas

you havent wired the HW off wire in , that is why it is constantly clicking

Here is the diagram of the actuator wiring if you able to fault find

Is the condition there if you ask for heating alone or when hot water and heating is run together

Had to read your post couple of times.
Are you saying the valve clicks as you describe when you run boiler to heat water or it does that when heating water and running CH

Valve does not motor for hot water only
If you then switch CH, valve should move to mid position
If HW switched off or up to temperature, valve should motor to close HW Port.

You need to look closely as there are different scenarios often grey wire issues as Ian suggested

SW2 failure will cause your issue too
