Let's determine if your combi boiler supports OpenTherm first. If we opt for OpenTherm control then we would need to find a way to send Switched Live from the boiler's PCB back to the motorised valve (Brown). As soon as boiler starts it would energize the valve and open it.
Easiest way would be to send SL from the Hive's receiver but it cannot work in bot modes. If OpenTherm is enabled it won't do the 240V.

I also do not see the UFH manifold. Is it all just one loop, no pump and mixing valve?

Perhaps it could be done using a separate switch for the motorised valve(s) but then maybe use the grey and orange for the switch live back to opentherm on the boiler via the Hive?
