Any idea where I might be able to import one of these from USA?

It is a portable turbine breathable air supply generator, which feeds a face mask for spraying with toxic paints and dealing with harsh solvents.

Is there a UK equivalent? I dont want to use a compressor as these cannot guarantee safe breathable air without expensive filtration.
