Honeywell 3 port mid position y plan valve and actuator

Hello please could somebody recommend me the honeywell valve I need.

I need a 3 port valve that heats hot water and heating at the same time. and also heats them individually.

Using the Sundial Y plan. Model numbers would be great.

Assume its only the V4073 and that I put VA in error although I seem to have that in my head!
