Honeywell CM907 replacement

Hi

The screen has gone on my underfloor heating thermstat (seems to be a common problem - tried a fix that was unsucessfull).
Someone on another thread said the Honeywell T4 replaces it although both are available at very similar prices (T4 is very slightly cheaper!).
Is there any reason not to replace with a T4 and has anyone used both and recomend one over the other?
