Honeywell CM927 - issue

Hi can anyone help me?

I have had a CM927 for around two weeks and everything has been fine up until the last two days. The unit when turned on connects to the relay and switches on the boiler as normal. The problem is that when the unit is then switched off it doesn't affect the relay and boiler in any way and so the boiler remains on.

Is this a connectivity issue or is the unit broken?

Any advice would be appreciated.
