Honeywell CM927 programmable thermostats - replacement

Hello folks,

The display on the thermostat is no longer working, but the units does. We want to replace it! Do we need to replace both thermostat and the relay box or can we just replace the thermostat. Do you currently have a thermostat and relay box? Do you have an intergas boiler or is that just for web link purposes? The Pro stat is made by Honeywell and receivers are very similar, if not the same, so you might be able to bind the receiver to the thermostat

A. It is a Worcester Greenstar 34CDI classic

Thanks Bill, then you might be able to bind up the thermostat to previous receiver. If not, it’s not difficult to change the wires over.

There was a problem with the frequency used on early thermostats, I don't have details of when it changed, but it seems it has changed, so can't be sure you can mix and match.
