Honeywell EvoHome with BDR91 - boiler not starting

I have an Ideal Logic Max Combi C30IE boiler, with a Honeywell BDR91 Wireless Relay. All was working fine a month or so back, but tried heating this week and isn't working.

Hot water is working fine, but Heating isn't.

I have Honeywell HR92 radiator controllers on all radiators, and when i manually override them individually i can hear the valve opening, and the BDR91 light goes Green but nothing happens with the Boiler. Same also happens when the schedule on the Controller triggers a temp change.

Was all fitted when we bought the house, but have tried resetting and rebinding the BDR91 as well as all the radiator controllers.

Any ideas what the issue would be? could it simply be a faulty BDR91 that just needs to be replaced?

Thanks

Glenn

It's quite easy to test if you're able to work safely with electricity.

Isolate the power, open up the BDR91 and join together the wires that are inserted into terminals A & B.

Restore power and if the heating operates now, the BDR91 is faulty, if it doesn't the fault is elsewhere.
