We have a Honeywell ST9100A timer for our central heating which has 2 programme/timer setting we can use. We would like to have more timer settings to use throughout the day...is this possible and does anyone have a rough estimate of how much it will cost?

You can buy a programmable thermostat which will let you set a temperature profile through the day with 6 time/temperature settings. You can have a wireless one if you want, but they are expensive.
