Hi,

I have lurked the forums for a while to try and resolve my issue but an't seem to find the specific answer. I would be really grateful if someone could offer any assistance.

Currently have -
Baxi 200 series boiler
Honeywell ST9100c
Honeywell Dial

I wish to replace with thermostat and dial with a Wiser Thermostat Kit 1 single channel.

Is it the case of removing the live connected to 4 and reconnecting it to position 3?

I have attached a few pics of the current wiring, I would like to be able to test the wiser kit to see how I get on with it, so wish to be able to return to the original honey stay if I don't enjoy the wiser kit.

Many thanks

but somewhere the thermostat is also wired in, as the Wiser combines thermostat and programmer together.

I use the Wiser, and it is very adaptable to suit many homes, I use one wall thermostat and one linked TRV, the latter has not worked out as well as expected, as the radiator is on an outside wall, so is colder to the room in general until the heating is running, so can start heating when not required.

Once into winter, the thermals the radiator generates, means it works A1, it is just when the weather is cooling but not quite cool enough to want the central heating on.

The main change is the heating is never completely off, so a very cold night will still fire the heating. As only set cooler overnight, not completely off.
