Have you checked for blockages? I went to a similar job the other week and found someone had stuffed a bottle top into the end of the drain hose, perhaps to stop any leakage when moving the machine. They must have forgotten to take it out and so the machine failed to drain when at the new house. On other house move related jobs I have found the cone connector under the sink is blanked off and they have failed to notice this when plumbing in the machine.
