Can some please help me i really need you help...

My washing machine WONT SPIN WONT PUMP..i tryed cleaning every pipe so i know nothings blocked,

What part is like to need replacing???
and where on earth do i find it?

mum with messy kids about to be buried in washing HELP!!!!
