Hoover dishwasher not working after replacing door lock?

Hi all,

I've bravely replaved the door lock on my HED6612, which was a success

However, now on first use after fixing it, the machine will drain, and I think intake some hot water, then it just stops - lights still on but the arms aren't turning.
This did not happen before I replaced the lock - all was working fine.
Please help someone, Id reaaly appreciate any suggestions!
