HOOVER NEXTRA HNWL3126 DOOR STUCK

Please can somebody help me? The door wont open the handle part seems slack. This happened once before when it was under warranty but I don't know what the guy did to fix it. Can anyone tell me how to get into the door area of the machine please, I have already removed the top.

with the lid off put hand down inside to door lock and push lever door will open
