Hello, all I have a technical question for all you out here.

I have a BIASI Garda M90F24S Combi Boiler (I know this is not a good boiler but it was cheap and was short on cash)

I have been told that I need a new “HOT PLATE” because the water has been coming out hot then warm. The person said it was blocked lime scale

What is a HOT PLATE ???
