HOT TAP RUNNING HOT AND COLD

Hello my hot taps aren't working properly when I run it it takes a minute for it to get hot and then it runs hot for a few seconds and then goes back to cold and then back to warm then cold, the pressure on the boiler says its at 1.5 heating works fine just hot water.

Are you a tenant?

If so then its the landlord's responsibility to maintain the boiler properly.

Also to give you a Gas Safety Certificate every year!

Yes I'm a tenant I have contacted them but they are not responding, It's a salus combi? Thank you for your replys

Is there a model? Is it a private landlord and if so is it through an estate agents? If not then get in contact with your local council they can help in times like these.
