Hot to tile an awkward slightly curved wall?

The walls around my bath slope outwards just above the edges of the bath (presumably to help water to run off into the bath rather than down the wall to pool on the floor). However, that leaves a small unsightly triangular section that can't be easily tiled (I want to tile the whole bathroom). Any suggestions on how to tile these awkward areas or hide them with some fixtures?

cut a piece of paper to fit the shape exatly, then when you have a piece that fits, put it on a tile and cut tile
