Hot Water but boiler not firing for CH

Hi hoping for any assistance. Glowworm Boiler - LP241 Programmer with Y plan system.

Have checked Thermostat and pum, both working and replaced 3 way valve but still no fire up on the boiler when CH only selected.

Any ideas - could it be a faulty programmer even though Water working?

All help appreciated- thanks.

You need to follow the live from the programmer all the way through
to see what bit is wrong.

240v at programmer?
240v at thermostat?
240v at 3 port valve?
240v at boiler switched live?

The fault is somewhere along there.
