Hot water but no Central Heating...Doh!

RESOLVED:

Just incase anyone is following this thread or has a similar problem the issue was correctly diagnosed by Seco Services as faultly switching by the micro switch in the Actuator, the cam angle on the plastic arm had worn just enought so the micro switch would not engage, slight adjustment in the micro switch position has temporary sorted the problem, ultimately I will have to replace the faulty part.

Thanks to everyone and special thanks to Seco Services who guided someone with no knowledge to understanding the issue he diagnosed.
