hi all i have some problem on my heating system i have SABRE (i dont know model)heating.problem is coming hot water out side pipe and i dont know why 6-7 months ago i dont have this problem and now wall is realy wet and this wet coming inside house what i need to do and why this is happenning THANKS

Sounds like a combi leaking through PRV.Please explain more on model,thats why no replies to now.We can help you if you return the favour.
FIRST THANKS VERY MUCH FOR HELPING I FIND A INSTALLATION & SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS BOOK ITS LOOK LIKE MODEL SABRE 24 OR 28 BY BENCHMARK AND I NEED TO TELL U WHEN I TURN OFF SYSTEM WATER COMING INSIDE LIKE LICK AND ALSO SMALL PLASTIC PIPE COMING FROM INSIDE TO OUT (MEAN PIPE UNDER HEATING SYSTEM BUT EMPTY NO CONNECTION)AND WHEN I TURN ON SYSTEM THIS WATER STOP COMING BUT THIS TIME OUT SIDE PIPE STARTING TAKE OUT HOT WATER WHAT DO U THINKING SIR THANK U VERYMUCH
I would respectfuly suggest you call a boiler repair company to visit site and advise you.Not possible to determine your problem on the forum due to communication difficulties.Good luck.
