Our Worcester combi boiler (30CDi) has just been repaired to replace a faulty fan. It is now working again, but while we get hot water from the taps, there is no hot water from the shower - only luke warm. Turning on the shower does fire up the boiler, but the water never gets properly hot. Any idea what the problem might be?

Possibly crap in the mixer cartridge (if that is the type of shower you have ) that might just need stripping and cleaning.

If you can measure the temperature on the hot coming out the boiler and that is the same as the other hot outlets except the shower I would suspect the shower cartridge/mixer needs attention. A fan replacement has no effect on the performance of the hot water temperature, although other parts in the boiler like a plate heat exchanger and diverter valve could cause luke warm water also . My guess is the shower is faulty if all other outlets stay hot
