Hi

Currenlty only getting luke Warm water from thermostatic mixer on bath. However all other taps including thermotatic mixers on other showers, taps in kitchen/batrooms are running hot water.

I have even tried turning the flow down as I am aware that running the taps on full can impact the temperture. However regardless of if the tap is run on high or low flow, the temperature is luke warm at best.

This is not ideal as we have a new born and 3 year old daughter who would like to use the bath, but the temperature is too low.

Would this be a setting problem on the tap in question, or would these be faulty?

To advise all hot water is being run from a WB Combi 30CDi.

Any advice would be appreciated

Thanks,
Paul

Is this a new fault or always been there, if new probably cartridge needs replacing, what make is it as some won't work properly if you reduce flow ( Aqualisa ) also if always been there could even be wrong cartridge, more info from you needed.
