I have a baxi 80e combi boiler which has just recently started to play up, the problem is that when i turn the hot water on i can hear the boiler kick in and some hot water comes out, then the boiler switches off for a minute or so then back on again, causing a flow of hot then cold water. any ideas anyone? cheers
