Hello all, a conundrum for me can you help. My Mother/Father in law have an antique sink and shower contraption in their bathroom, its a sink in its closed state then all unfolds and becomes an electric shower. The whole thing is going in the skip and being replaced with a modern electric shower, the problem is this: They want a hand wash basin but the only source of hot water in the entire house from a water heater above the kitchen sink. They cannot afford a combo let alone the fitting of it, but they need hot water for the basin in the bathroom.
Are there any options other than a combi available to them?
