Check the water level in the head tank situated in the attic, if low check that the ball valve to see if it is stuck or blocked.

You need to tell us much more!

What kind of heating system do you have? Electric? Gas? Do you have a hot water cylinder?

Thanks for the update.

Is the cold water pressure and flow as good as it's always been?

Did you have a similar problem when the weather got colder last year?

Is the main stopcock (where the cold water comes into your house) fully open?

many thanks again
this is the firs time i have this problem.the cold water is fin,e just as usual .last month it started with the power shower hot water .but 3 days back all the taps in the house have the same problem.

You need to find out in case you have to shut off the water in a hurry one day, e.g. if you have a burst pipe!

In a house, it's often under the kitchen sink.

It sounds like you have a blockage somewhere, maybe in the boiler's heat exchanger, or its inlet filter. I'm afraid you really need to call in a professional plumber.

Let us know what the outcome is, please.

The fault is probably due to the cold water inlet filter on the boiler being partially bocked.
