Hot water problem

I have a SIME boiler which is 3 years old and the Hot water is not consistent. I mean that when u turn the hot water Tap on hot water will come then after a minute or 2, water is warm not actually hot and then after minute or 2 hot water will start coming and then it repeats the cycle mentioned above.Actually its not consistent.

Can Anyone advice please
