Hot Water Problems

Ive suddenly started having problems with my hot water flow, I am getting next to no flow at the moment out of any of the hot water taps. The cold is fine, I have a powermax boiler, is this a scale problem??
Any help is appreciated.

Let me guess - when you first open a hot tap there's a stronger flow of water, but it drops off within a second or two.

Am I right?
