Hi, the water in my bathroom does not heat up now unless I have the heating on and then it loses pressure quickly.

If i turn on the bath hot water tap without the heating on the flame with a line across it light will come on and the water will stay cold.

When I turn on the hot water with the heating on it heats up then loses pressure after a few minutes.

The kitchen hot water tap seems fine.

It is a valliant combi boiler.

What could the problem be with it?

Trying to understand your post ,which points to plenty of questions .
EXACTLY WHAT BOILER DO YOU HAVE ?

Firstly you can't have both hw and ch on at the same time.

When I turn on the hot water with the heating on it heats up then loses pressure after a few minutes.

what pressure is lost , the hw pressure or ch pressure ? ( if hw , do you live in a hard water area ? )

its giving me a headache trying to understand your post ;)

Its a vaillant turbomax pro
I am now having to turn on the radiators(boiler dial) then the hot water tap to get hot water, the hot water heats up then loses pressure and stops running from the HW tap after a few minutes.
Before I could just run the hot tap and the boiler would heat the water.
I'm not in a hard water area
