Hot water Protherm 80EC

Heating okay. No hot water, boiler fires and cycles, heating F & R pipes remain cold, water pressure ok. Is problem secondary exchanger or diverter? How does one test!!!!

Sounds like a blocked plate HE.

If you turn hot tap flow down does it get warm then?

That would have got worse over a few days or weeks.
