I have searched threads, but not sure I've seen an answer.
I have a Protherm 80EC Combi , 2 years old. CH is perfect. HW is not so good. The problem was sudden and happened a couple of weeks ago.
If I turn on any hot water tap fully then I get a luke warm (30c) torrent. If I adjust the tap, there comes a point, approx half way when it comes out at desired temperature (48C), flow rate roughly 8L / min. Either way the boiler is firing up fully.
8L/min what's your problem mate?
Answer : The shower is a bit of an "all or nothing", very tricky to control the flow. therefore it comes out hot at a trickle or a torrent of luke warm. Also, most of the taps are easy to turn fully on, but tricky to adjust halfway.
Answer B : It never used to be this way
Be gentle.
