Hot water pump on constantly

Hello all,

I have a pump on my hot water as the pressure is poor. Basically Its been making a howling noise off and on for a while now, but i have now noticed today that its not turning off when you turn the tap off. I have checked all taps and none are on even slightly.
I think it must have a flow switch which has had it. Or am i wrong?
Is this repairable or should i just fit a new pump??

Could you stick your next out and tell us (a) which pump it is, (b) how old it is, and (c) what it's pumping?

Sorry, its a newteam varispeed SI and its just coming up to its 2nd birthday!

its pumping water (hot) feeding shower, basin and kitchen sink

These have a two year manufacturer's warranty.

I don't have the receipt and i don't know which wholesaler it came from! Can i still get a replacement?

Often warranty can be determined from serial number. Contact manufacturer
