Hot Water System

Hi

I have started to get particles flowing out with my hot water. When touched they are soft and rub down to a black substance. Any recommendations on how to solve the problem would be appreciated. Thanks

Tanks?

Combi?

Unvented?

Thermal Store?

Does it smell?

Is it organic matter or some kind of plastic?
