Hot water takes ages

Get a pumped secondary return put onto your hot water leg. This will comprise of a length of 15mm pipe usually connected near your furthest tap with a WRAS approved pump and a thermostat/programmer combination to time the secondary return. This way you can reduce the hot water time in the morning/evening, and leave it at the usual time during the rest of the times.

i seem to recall the building regs/water bylaws say something along the lines of 30ft deadleg before having to fit secondary circulation could be mistaken.lag it all the way and fit isolation to each leg makes it easier to set up on a larger run.timer and a pipe stat helps as well
