Hot water tap in bathroom- low pressure

Hi, wondered if anyone can help. My bathroom sink hot water tap has suddenly gone down to a a trickle. It gets better after a while but then pressure drops again. My kitchen and bath taps are unaffected.

Any advice much appreciated

maybe an airlock in that section of pipe or the tap washer on the jumper inside the tap is not opening fully.
