hotpoint Aqaurius wf740 counts down but stops

I run program F mostly but when there is about 20 mins remaining on the display the washing machine stops functioning and continues to count down to 1min and then just stops. If I turn the machine off and on immediately it seems to continue from where in stopped. I think it is when it is starting the rinse. It started by happening from time tot time but now seems to happen every time.

Any help would be appreciated

have you checked the filter to see if its blocked .
