Hotpoint Aquarius 1000 Problem

Hi All,

I've had this washing machine for about 4 years now I think and not had too many problems until now. It seems to be working perfectly ok but all of a sudden the washing is often coming out with dirty marks on it like a sludge and needing to be done again - sometimes it works fine, sometimes not.

I've wiped around the door seal and the inside of the drum. I've tried using soda crystals on a hot wash programme to clean it but the problem is still there. Is it time to buy a new one or is there a fix for this?

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Boil wash with white vinegar ,at least 4 times stop useing quick wash and using touch much powder that's what causes this.
