Following a power cut the door on my Aquarius 1200 has jammed closed. I suspect that it's the solenoid permanently magnatised and the wires simply have to be disconnected. Does any body know where these wires are accesible. The lock itself is beind the drum and therefore the wires not accesibe. Are the other end of those wires accesibe anywhere ?Or am are barking up the wron tree ?

If you switch off the mains, the solenoid cannot stay on.
More likely the lock is just jammed due to debris - try pressing the door as well as pulling it. Once open, need to clean the lock area.
Don't know if your are supposed to use Wd40 ?
