Hi all, i have a problem with my appliance. It spins but doesn't dry clothes, does anyone have any idea what's wrong with it? i clean out the fluff filter, the water container & the condenser unit on a regular basis.

ok. at the back of the mc there is a oval panel with about 8 screws remove panel and you will also see 2 screws at the side about 9 oclock and 3 oclock remove them you will see a heater. at the top is two thermostats the one on the left is open circuit you can reset with a pin there is a hole at the top .
