The pcb/controller heater relay has gone on my hotpoint Aquarius and is uneconomical to repair (diagnosed by a repairman). I managed to obtain a new controller module cheaply which I am happy to fit myself however I can't get the old one out. I've got access to the front and back and it appears to slide about half an inch and can then be released however there's a bit of the corner stopping this from happening. Try as I might and can't find how to release this.

I'd be overjoyed if someone can tell me how to free this unit ( I know it's going to be stupidly simple but it's foxed me!)

Thanks
