My Hotpoint Aquarius FDW20 washing machine will not start and the Prewash and Wash light are flashing together. Does anyone know what this fault code means. I have tried a mains power reset. If you select any programme and reset via the front panel knob, the cycle does not start but after approx 60 seconds the Prewash and Wash lights start flashing together.
